The screen capture does not give justice to this highly visual theme. When this theme is posted here the appropriate credits (Rainmeter Modules) will be given.
Do not panic about all the animation etc that is going on as all the graphics and animations have been optimized for LOW cpu and ram usage. No need to turn off animations in this theme.
